Do you offer full-service grooming with haircuts and breed-specific trims?
While we don’t offer full-service cosmetic grooming or breed-specific haircuts, we do provide hygiene and comfort trims as needed. Our focus is on keeping your pup clean, comfortable, and healthy with services like baths, de-shedding, paw and sanitary trims, and other coat maintenance — but we don’t offer full styling or shaping.
Do you offer teeth brushing?
Yes! We provide grooming-level teeth brushing using pet-safe enzymatic toothpaste. It helps freshen breath and reduce plaque buildup between vet dental cleanings.
Is the nail trim done with clippers or a grinder?
We offer both! Standard nail trims are done with clippers, but we can use a grinder as an alternative if preferred. Grinding creates a smoother edge and can be great for dogs sensitive to clipping.
How do I receive appointment reminders?
We use SMS text messaging to keep you informed. You’ll receive texts for appointment confirmations, service updates, and pickup notifications. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Is teeth brushing a medical procedure?
No — our teeth brushing is a grooming service only. While it helps maintain oral hygiene, it is not a substitute for professional veterinary dental care.

We use a natural oatmeal shampoo and conditioner that’s 100% non-toxic, detergent- and alcohol-free. It’s specially formulated for dogs with allergies or sensitive skin and never contains parabens, SLS, or harsh chemicals.
A smaller dog can be bathed and groomed in about 60 minutes. Larger dogs may take about two hours.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your pet’s grooming, simply let us know within 7 days of the appointment. We’ll make it right, whether it’s a complimentary touch-up or an adjustment to ensure your pet looks and feels their best.
Our de-shedding treatment combines a deep-cleansing bath using specially formulated de-shedding shampoo with thorough brushing and professional grooming tools to remove loose undercoat and minimize shedding. It helps keep your dog’s coat healthy, breathable, and much easier to manage at home.
